Shipping and Delivery
Our shipping is currently limited to Oman only. We are working towards expanding our delivery services to other countries in the future.
Delivery times can vary depending on your location within Oman, but typically it takes 1-2 days and up to 7 days for rural areas.
Currently, we offer free delivery for all orders.
Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Our delivery partner will attempt to redeliver your package on the next business day. If you are still unavailable, you can arrange a pickup at their local office or reschedule a delivery.
It is possible to change the delivery address if the item has not yet been out for delivery. However, if the item is already in transit, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to request any changes to the delivery address."
Return and exchange policy
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for any product that is in its original condition and packaging sealed. However, Determination Box are not eligible for returns.
Please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery via email or Whatsapp and provide order number addition to returned item.
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
Yes, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping for full refund or exchange, unless the product was damaged or defective we will cover the cost of return.
Refunds are processed within 3-7 business days. The actual time it takes for the refund to be credited to your account may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
Yes, we do allow exchanges, as long as the product is unopened and you contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order. To initiate an exchange, please place a new order for the product you want and return the original product. Our customer service team can guide you through the process.
Products that have been opened or used cannot be returned, with the exception of defective or damaged items. Additionally, Determination Box are not eligible for returns.
